Hello, my name is Katisha Knighton, and I am the founder of The Pearl Collective Ministries.
I am a devoted wife, mother, and woman of faith who is deeply passionate about nurturing and empowering children. Raised in a small town by a strong single mother, I was instilled with the belief that I am valued, loved, and created with purpose—truths that I now strive to pour into every young girl I serve.
Professionally, I am a Special Education teacher who approaches each child with care, compassion, and respect. I believe that every child has unique potential, and I am committed to helping them grow, succeed, and recognize their worth.
My heart is to help every girl feel confident, loved, and capable—so she can grow into a strong, purpose-filled young woman and one day become the leader she was created to be.
I am a devoted believer in the Lord Jesus Christ and am actively involved in serving within my local church community. I have the privilege of supporting youth development as a Sunday School teacher, where I help guide and encourage young people in their faith. I also serve in the ministry of praise and worship as a psalmist, using my gifts to uplift and inspire others.
As a mother, an educator, and a woman of faith, I have always had a passion for working with children and helping them recognize their worth and potential. Through my experiences, I saw the importance of creating a space where young girls can feel safe, encouraged, and empowered to grow into who they are called to be.
The Pearl Collective Ministries was created to nurture confidence, build strong character, and inspire purpose in every girl who participates. We believe that the girls we serve today are the future leaders of tomorrow, and it is our mission to help nurture that leadership by pouring into them with love, guidance, and intentional support.
My goal is to ensure that each girl feels seen, valued, and supported as she continues to grow.
It is truly a blessing to serve and pour into the lives of young girls, and I look forward to building meaningful connections with each family involved.
